Fit Chef Studio Client Agreement
Payment Terms
1. Client is responsible for payment in full for agreed services unless prior financial arrangements have been made with Fit Chef Studio.
2. Client authorizes Fit Chef Studio to charge the agreed fees to the payment method provided, or agrees to pay invoices in full upon receipt.
3. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or missed appointments, may result in the full session rate being charged.
Exceptions
1. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of Fit Chef Studio.
2. Clients should contact Fit Chef Studio as soon as possible in these circumstances.
Acknowledgement
